Annoyed you are an idiot. They are not a debt collector. They handle the collect calls from jails/prisons in Erie county. You are such a debtor that any number you don't know of you think is a debt collector/scam. Pay your bills [***]

Received a call lat night 12/17/2014 from  # 716-248-8000.  This was a call collect call from Erie County Holding Center.  Did not answer, it was on my voice mail.
