Man calls and asks for $561 for a Comcast bill. Accounts been closed 6 months and when I called Comcast they said I owe nothing!! He is a fraud.

Someone stating she was Mrs. Clark said she was a location specialist trying to reach *** *** Regarding  some legal matter. This same person called my husbands cellphone and left a voice mail.  She said the same thing except in addition she said she was going to be serving *** *** with a summons to appear in court. It will be served at her home or place of business. Then she said, ,"again this is a pending legal matter and criminal charges will be filed if YOU don't return my call within 48 hours."

The biggest problem is two things, 1. My husbands voice-mail is a recorded list of his phone number and nowhere does it say his name, so how is it legal for her to leave a message with sensitive information regarding a legal matter and 2. When this phone number shows up on caller ID it says "Bath Fitters", which is a company around here that remodels bathrooms!

They called and left a message saying they were looking for a particular person or his legal representative.  The person they were looking for is a neighbor who lives in my building.  Possibly a bill collection company acting illegally.

Some woman called, did not say her name, did not say the name of the company. But yet all ashe had to say on my voice mail was that this was a legal matter and that I wounderstand be served at my home or job and then continued to say, warning you have been notified! Well for one I don't know who she is and futher more I don't have anything owed to anyone, especially someone from damn New York!!!! Better yet, she some how got my name and my CELL NUMBER. To me this is HARASSMENT!!! If she can get my name and cell number, I'm surprised at what else she can get. Oh and by the way I did a reverse phone lookup and the name for this number came up as BATH.
