I received several calls from this number 716-242-7146, my smartphone indicated from Buffalo, NY.  When I answer these calls, I encounter both male and female voices having an Indian accent.  Both encounters the person tells me they are calling from the United States and my number was selected to win a federal grant of $7000.  I stop them in mid speech, telling them I am not interested in their program and to take me off their call list.  And then they hang up on me.

Definately a fraud.  A version of many other scams...we will send you money if you pay some fees.

They called 3 times. Didn't leave a message. It says Buffalo, NY on the caller ID.

Just received a phone call with the number of +7 (162) 427-14-6, my caller ID said that the call was coming from Russia; I put the numbers in as if it were from America and it showed that it was a number out of Buffalo, NY.
