I was not in my office yesterday when Thomas Gunn call me. He spoke with the HR manager and told her he was having papers served at my office. She told him she would rather her not and tested me his name, # and case file #. Dutifully, I returned the call. He was the most abrasive person I have ever encountered either by phone or in person. I did not say but three words, two were the case #, which I had to repeat. He then started berating me about my attitude and disposition. He knows nothing about me and certainly shouldn't be surprised that my attitude is not sugar and spice after accusing me of fraud. I listened to everything he said (never lost my cool) and asked him to furnish me something in writing about this supposed fraud. He said he would an confirmed my email address. I have yet to hear from him, but I am going to talk to an attorney and see what can be done about his call to my employer and his bullying of me on the telephone.
Did any of you hear from him again after the first time?
