Whoa. This number JUST called me... a guy names Steve Larking posing as some law office person asked for my familys information saying that they "were questioning the social and name provided in this case" meaning that he wants clarification of them!? A week ago i was emailing a man who was a scammer so maybe its the same guy. I gave him my first n last name and cell number. Dont think he can get much information from that.

Steve Larking also called me stating I need to pay by a certain amount of time or he will have me turned over to municipal and judiciary proceedings.  It is a scam and I called local authorities to report him.

SOMEONE PLEASE CALL THE POLICE IF THEY CALL YOU PLEASE; LET US PUT AN END TO THIS SCAM.

My husband gotta call from this company to his job I called back...gave my name and he preceded to disclose the nature of the call with out verifying who I was, made threats to call my deceased mom after being told she is deceased, pushed the dial tone button in my ear because the information I was telling him on how to do his job he didn't want to hear said his babe is Steven Larkin..so I called beak all morning looking for a supervisor which I I knew i wasn't going to get and v they or me to vm....include me on your case...9092005190

Very disrespectful violated all the fdcpa laws...and it's not even  my debt...threatened to can my deceased mom, loud and obnoxious...I cashed an attorney...these are getting shut Down quick....they pretend they are investigating fraud on pay day loans....remember that's a violation of the fdcpa how do I know the debt and it isn't mine.

They continue to keep calling on debt they claim they can collect.  First threatening to sue, but even if I owe the debt, it would be beyond the statue of limitations based on the messages left on the dates they said.  They continue to call family member and give out the info even after they were asked not to be called anymotre.  They have broken many laws and making many threats they can't back up.  Let them leave messages, do not answer.  Then you will have prove of them not falling the laws and you can sue them and win very easily.
