I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on.   something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me.  Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action.  My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the  phone.  Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back.  She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name.  if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.

This place has told me I have a case against me, I know I don't, and have dealt with similar companies. They threaten to have you served with papers. I BEGGED them to serve me. I even made sure they have the correct address. And I was told they will also personally sue me for, get this.. Their time! Because I refuse to buy into the scam, I have wasted precious time.. Ok.. Anyway it's a scam.

Also dealt with similar company who threatened me and called everyone I have ever been associated with, saying that I was "wanted". Of course, my family freaked, blowing up my phone. I called them repeatedly BEGGING for a summons, as there is not one. And was told that, no, they were not going to do that, they would just wait a few months and call again. That place was Safelife.  And it seems, Oracle is on of their companies. They actually blocked my number because I kept calling and picking apart everything they said, pointing out how one person said this, one said this... I contacted a lawyer, but that place, Safelife, can't be sued because they don't have a physical address. I believe this one might, if so if you are interested, we have a class action suit.
