I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on.   something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me.  Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action.  My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the  phone.  Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back.  She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name.  if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.

I received a called yesterday from this oracle collection agency they tried to scam me on a money from a payday loan I never took out . They said I owe the money from 2011 and she gave me all my info except the acct number was wrong.. I ended up hanging up on her because I was at work and didn't have time to argue with this lady .I proceeded to call my bank and they said my old acct number that this company had was closed in 2010 and supposedly the company said this money was depositedin April 2011..by law any legit collection agency had to contact you by mail first with all the information... Second what this person didn't know was that in Oct of 2010 I had to file bankruptcy so why would I even try to get a loan knowing I would be denied.. I also flag my social and froze my credit .. The lady at the bank said, they were trying to get my new acct number from me and to give them any info .. I also ran my credit because she claim it was on my credit report already and there was nothing .. 3 strikes they're out... I dare hem to call me again I'll be waiting ..,,I also did a reverse look up of the phone number 1-855-??????forgot the rest and it came up as an invalid number which tells me they're using prepaid phones or some other kind of system to scam us..
