This is a Rothman Mediation Service numbers that call me today  716-235-5839 and 844-328-0372 and had all my info from 2009, is this a scam or not?

I think it is one of those agencies that threaten you.  I checked it with our Better Business Bureau and it gives them an F.  Basically it said they have no license, they do not respond to complaints filed against them, problems with their advertising and other concerns.  I am not going to worry about them.  You notice when they called you, they did not use your name or anything.  Besides, when a legal service is going to serve you, they sure as heck don't call and tell you when they will arrive...lol.

They sent to my son's phone a voice text message. Saying that I am being sued and that I haven't been responding to there attempts to take care of it. So I have one last try to take care of it today by calling this number which is 716-235-5839 if not I will be served with court notice tomorrow after 6pm.  They never stated what I was being sued for, I  have never received any legal documents about this so call issue, and they sent the message to my son's phone instead of my phone. And this is the first f me hearing about this. That is crazy!!!!!
I didn't call the number I looked it up first because it didn't make any sense to me. I haven't done anything to be sued from anybody.
They say that they are attorney office.

Says their name is andrew streis from me and associates.
