this man called stating I had fraudulent activity on a bank account that was not even in the name he was calling for, this is how I knew it was a scam, because I never had an account in that name,with this bank.Told him if I was this person and he had something in writing to send to me to do so, he hung up on me.

I received a blocked call today from a male caller indicating he was calling me from my state government office and that he had papers to be served, and that I needed to call this number in order to be served those legal papers. What a scam these guys have going! He gave me this number 716-213-6172 to call.

I too just got a call AT MY WORK from a private number with a guy that didn't even identify himself except by saying he's been assigned to serve me papers to appear at court and that he had a number for me to call which was this number and if he didn't hear from the company, he will be at my work first thing in the morning to serve me the papers.  He didn't provide a company name, case number, nothing!  I don't know much about being served, but is it a little unusual for someone to call and give you a warning that they're coming to serve you papers?  I thought they like to sneak up on you to do that.  I hate the harrassment, but it's really pissing me off that they're doing it at my work!  I've tried to talk to them to stop calling work ... I'm assuming it's all the same people, but it obviously didn't work.  This is really starting to [***] my boss!

Tonawanda, NY stated his name was me smith didn't say where he was calling from stating that I had to call him back before the end of The day to work out an arrangement on a checking account I closed 2 years ago he stated I had legally been warn! These guys are jokes they don't identify worth a [***] don't give them your info

Called mr about check fraud on an account.  Actually this is overdraft fees on an account that the bank closed for me and opened another account the same day due to check fraud on my account.  They continued to charge me overdraft fees on the checks coming in on the bad account after they told me it was now closed.  Have asked numerous times for documents to be sent to me about this so I can take to the attorney general in Ohio.  Never get anything.
