This number is from Legacy Management and they are rude and obnoxious.  They also have the number 866-795-6989.  I have repeatedly asked them not to call my work number and they ignore my request.  I have also asked them to send me a written notice of this so called debt and they have also failed to do this.  I am in the process of contacting an attorney to help me with this matter.  I am tired of being harrassed.  They need to have laws in place to deal with these kind of people.  Any suggestions or help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

Given that the collector seems to be ignoring the law, seeing an attorney is probably a smart choice.  Validation letters and cease and desist letters are not effective if the CA is a determined scofflaw operation.

This is a debt collector who threatened that I have criminal charges against me and that they can relieve that by collecting money. I have turned it into my states Attorney Generals office.
