Not much turns up searching on this number, I have had 2 calls, answered neither, both hung up when my voice mail picked up. Searching on the caller ID display (Vexaros) turned up quite a bit using many different numbers. It's being reported as some sort of telemarketer. Based on that info, I have blocked this number.
