Got a recorded message from this number proporting to be from the IRS.  Apparenlty calling people up claiming to be from the criminal investigations unit with a Bombay accent is not working any more, so they are using a voice recording with an American accent.  I was pretty sure that this was a scam, and called back and sure enough the number was no longer in service according to my landline carrier.  According to my cell service all circuits are busy and announcement switch for 606 (whatever that means).
