Caller ID showed: Woodville WI

Just received a call from that number at 4:16 Eastern. Didn't answer and no voicemail was left, nor did it even activate my voicemail. 1st instance from that number and area code.

Prerecorded message about grants.  Called the number back and is is not a working number.  They have falsified the caller ID

Received a call on my fax line while I was out. My number is on the US and Idaho Do Not Call lists.

Phone rang three times, picked up nothing. Called back and recording said phone was disconnected!
