Just like many others, I received a call from this number around 2AM. The deciding kept rambling about credit cards etc. I hung up half way thru the call. I called back this morning, but the system says "this is not a working number". How do we report such scams?

I was called by this number at 12:48 am on my cell phone. Scared me half to death because my kids are the only one with the cell phone number and it is to be used for emergencies only.
