Received VM from this place saying that they needed a call back regarding and unspecified matter from Me (however they did not say my name in the call) or my authorized rep. I called back and said they did not have record they had called my phone number. They did not try and take my name. I asked what company this was and they wouldn't say anything other than they were a consulting firm. Found it very odd. Sounded like scammers.

Get a message maybe every couple of months saying they received a complaint and they needed a call from me or my rep.  They did not say my name or what the reason for the call.  SCAM!

This is the recorded message I receive every time they call.  "You are receiving this message in reference to a complaint we have received.  Please contact our office at 715-201-6122.  We do need to speak to you or your representative immediately.  However, if we do not receive a response, we will document your file and submit it for further review. Again the phone number where we can be reached is 715-201-6122."

Just got call saying: This matter requires your immediate attention, please press 1 to speak to a representative.  Number 715-201-6122.

Might be a legit collections Agency, but completely wrong for me.  I spoke with "Donna Smith".  They were seeking "Frederick" and I am a "Fred" but looking for the same last name.  THEN, then gave me the Social Security Number of an individual who they were speaking about I confirmed that it wasn't correct then they accused me of being a liar.  I became instantly irate, they hung up on me, I called back, was hung up on again, called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor.  The supervisor said they never give our social security numbers, I'm very interested in filing a complaint about them, their cold calling actions, and the fact they gave out a strangers SSN.
