Anyway, they're the typical 'supply swindle' crew. They always ask for someone "in shipping" and promise them a free [cooler/lunchbox/box of light bulbs] and then send over a bunch of overpriced merchandise with an invoice.
This isn't legal.

If they send you anything, you're not obligated to pay for it, since you never agreed to buy anything at those prices.
