They called my very private cell phone number at 9:10 AM PST on 22 January 2016. Caller ID says "Orange, CAI did not answer. They did not leave a message. My phone numbers are on the Do Not Call list.

I called the number back from a blocked phone and got a recording, "You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. ..."

I will report them to DoNotCall.gov, but I don't see how it will do any good, since they are spoofing the Caller ID.

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Orange, California using 2 service providers of  AT&T California , and Pacific Bell Telephone. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers or using voip system while phishing for personal information and running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace or caller id. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out the telephone numbers.

Just received a call on 11:39am Jan. 27 2016. No message left.

More crap, different day. Blocked!
