So this guy with a heavy accent, speaking barely intelligible pidgin English, said I had won a one million dollar sweepstakes.  He said I needed to send $2,000 via western union to some banker guy in Lagos Nigeria for the processing fee then I would receive my prize. Then he asked for my bank account details to wire me my one million dollars.

Did not answer. Number showed it was from Placentia. I did not answer. Finally learned to not answer numbers I don't recognize. I googled it and it showed people complaining who did answer it. I'm blocking it now. Don't answer calls from unknown numbers
