Air duct cleaning robocall scum.
Illegal recorded message marketing to a DNC listed cell phone at 8:30 at night.

Caller ID said 'William L. Bland'.  Air duct cleaning robocall.  Blocked, M'fer.

Although the Caller ID for 714-941-6692 displayed as "WILLIAM BLAND L", the recorded announcement tried to sound like a real person alive on the other end. Scott from Carpet Cleaners started out as, "No no, don't hang up there ..." It almost fooled me until I asked if he was William Bland and he kept jabbering. Looks like Scott the Scammer is just starting his pitch because there aren't very many reports on this number here.

Was a quick hangup call. No message
