Actually the DNC list is a gunrmint scam to make you think they give a damn about you.  THEY DON'T!  It is there to shut you up because you will think someone hears you.

Get a good call blocker and lock them out. Panasonic makes a wireless phone system that can block up to 250 numbers.  I love blocking these creeps.

Didn't answer. No message. Actually Galkos Construction. Could find no record of them on the contractor's licensing board website. Probably illegal.
