recording telling me there were no problems with my credit cards but did I know I could lower my interest rate? I hung up - this should be shut down!

Received a call from this number on my cell, no message left. When I called it back, no one answered and there was norecorded message was in place to identify who it was.... let it ring like 3 mins....

got the call 10 minutes ago, went to call back busy busy busy
