Caller ID:  Raymond Ratinoff;  Robocall from Cardmember Services.  Recorded message advises that there is no problem with our current cards, but interest rates can be lowered.  Advises to press "1" to speak to a representative and "3" to discontinue further calls.  Through experience, "1" gets a rep who hangs up when you complain; "3" does nothing to eliminate future calls.   Number and Cardmember services reported via FTC Complaint Assistance (which will do nothing).
