Tried to tell me that Spectrum Time Warner was gonna raise my monthly payment called Spectrum said there was no such evidence listed as being contacted by spectrum time warner

It's just 'Spectrum', not 'Spectrum Time Warner'. Also, why would they call you to tell you they were raising your rates-they'd most likely send information with your next bill
