Same here. 5:16 PM. And just confirming....IT IS TIME WARNER.
I have internet connection but NO phone or cable, so...
They won't take you off. Not sure how they get away with it.
I set their personalized tone to silence and ID'd as DO NOT ANSWER.
They also use 714-844-0125 FYI.
