Responding to or picking up a call from a telemarketing company is the worst thing one can do. Doing so only establishes to the computer dialing system that someone is responding to the call and you'll receive more calls!

I get countless calls from this number over and over again.  They never leave a message - they just hang up.  I responded with a text message saying, "Do not call," and I got a text reply with an emoticon that looks like a tongue sticking out and my phone turned off and restarted.  Is that supposed to be a virus?  What kind of company tries to drum up business this way!!!  I mean, ticking me off is not going to motivate me to buy from you!!!
