The number search says MCI.  The one time I accidentally answered they asked for Shelly, when I told them they had the wrong number they hang up.  Then call back two - five times a day.

They will not listen to you...

Got a call twice.  I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. Left no voice mail either.

Called my cell phone. No answer. Repeated daily for three days so far. Probably a scammer--my search shows this is an unassigned number.

Well I got a rude [***] calling and when I screen the call due to excessive bill collectors calling. I tell him well then yes since ur not a bill collector I get a I don't have time for this and hung up on. If they employ rude people to solicit money from people then the company is gonna go downhill. And then the supervisor is too busy trying to catch u in a lie. They are rude and I refuse to give my money to a company who doesn't talk to you like ur a human. I will make sure every place I can will know the company sucks at customer service!!!!

Received a call didn't answer. They left no voicemail when I tried to call back it did not identify the name and instantly put me on hold for a representative. I finally hung up after 5 min
