Called collect and don't appreciate it.

You don't have to accept a collect call.  The operator tells you the name of the person who made the call and asks "will you accept the charges?".  You can say no.  I've done that.

Call is from inmate at Costa Mesa Jail. So most likely someone you know just landed in jail and wants to reach out to you.
