Just got a call from this number.  714-768-6464.  They are from a company scam called "Smart Energy".  They want to sell you stuff to lower your heating bills.  I have asked numerous times for them to stop calling back but they always do.  Some are horribly rude.  I have called the phone number and other than blocking specific numbers, there is not much you can do.  And yes, I am on the do not call list.   There are many different numbers that this smart energy company uses.  Here are a few you can block:

They wanted to sell me solar.

We just called tonight from the same number.  It was for some energy company.  My husband told them to take us off their call list and not call again.  I wanted to be just as annoying to them as they are to me, but... when I called this number back, it said it was no longer in service!  And, that was just a minute or two after they called me!

They use Magic Jack or some call randomizer. It's a telemarketing company used by Smart Energy Solar. He was incredibly rude to me as well, telling me to turn off my f-ing ringer if I don't want calls! I was able to find the company online and call them myself. Phone number is 800-405-1978.
