Phoned this afternoon at 1:26 pm --- angry voice, bad connection. I hung up but could not get dial tone to make
outgoing call for several minutes.

I have received calls from this number many times in the past. I do not answer and they leave no message. Caller ID is "DBM" and I have no idea what that means.
