No idea who they are either. All the calls I've received from area code 714 have been Medicare telemarketers or other various telemarketers/scammers. Assuming this is just more of the same.

Contractor scam

These guys call every other day and some weeks, every day and ask for my husband. I tell them that I can help and they hang up on me. If I ask who is calling, they hang up on me. I try to tell them I'm reporting them but they hang up before I can get the sentence out.
