They call over and over but nothing there when I keep saying hello. When call back the number is not in service like others have said

they called just before 6pm and I said "hello? Hello? Hello 714, how may I help you?" they hung up. I called back and it said the number is not in service. Sure. Then why did I get a phone call from that number. Stupid.

They try to sell you something. When I dialed their phone number "owned" by "unavailable" there is no such phone.

I have reported this number here before but it didn't do any good. It was a couple months ago.
