Received a call from"No Name" on my cell phone trying to give me "free" solar energy. They guys name is Alex and I told him I'm on the do not call list and will report him. He told me he's not doing anything wrong that he's not a telemarketer because he wants to give me a "free" product. I don't understand the point of the do not call list because we continue to receive calls on our home and cell phones.
