Calling leaving messages saying it's urgent that I respond immediately!

Robo Call.  Said I needed to call immediately.  I'm guessing spam.  If someone can't call me without being robo call, I don't have time to call them back either.

Just received a call from this number. Left a voice message that He is "Officer John" and it is urgent that I call. I KNOW this is a scam however I felt compelled to call it back and let "Officer John" know just how I felt about him. He sounds like he is from India - and yes, it is another scam! Horrible! He tried playing me - he said he just wanted "me" and he "loves me". I just hung-up.

This is a scam. The Indian guy repeated this is very urgent and to listen carefully, then said to me he wants his privates between my legs. What a waste of time.

My 70yr old mother received a call from this person and he told her that there was a warrant for her arrest. She was hysterical being a wife of a former police officer. I called him up multiple times asking why he was harassing elderly people. The last time I called, I told him that I was contacting my local police department.
