They called again (after 2x telling them take us off the list) and I got a name.  Christine from Nationwide Business.
I've never heard of them, but at least we all now have a company name to go with the harrassment

This telephone number tries to sell you pens and accessories with your business name on it.  They are very nice until you tell them your not interested and they hang up on you.  I called back to give them hell, and no answer and no voicemail..

I have repeatedly asked this company not to call me.  Apparently they believe if I become sufficiently annoyed I will change my mind.
