Got the same message. Call back They were busy. I have an Austin sin. I checking into sueing

Got a call from this # on Feb 24 2015.  Did not identify themselves as a company but said an arrest warrant had been issued . . .

Hope the authorities go after them - absolutely is a scam and freaked me out a bit.

Got what it sounded like a pre-recorded message saying I will be arrested at home or at work. This area code was from California and I live in PA. They also called on a Saturday have not called back. I have not and wont call them back. Sounds like a scam to me.

recv. this message today as well when I called back this was the call.
Them: hello
Me: who is this
Them: James
Me: don't ever call my number again ( I never gave them any info what so ever)
Them: shut up B****
and then they hung up... HAHA I am going to keep calling to tie up their lines

I got the same message.  I made a 2nd phone call and told them I would be calling the police.  Guy said then don't waste my time when you are arrested we will provide documents.  Now first of all if a lawsuit was against me I would know.  And second if you are being arrested the police would already have documentation.  What bothered me was they had my phone and address.  I got the same thing - woman saying see you in court.
