Receiving calls from 714-683-0937 indicating need to speak concerning property.  Comes up Restricted number.

Voice mail:  my name is Wayne Allen. I'm contacting you in reference to a matter that's been forwarded and filed in my department in your name......when you call back, "Mikey" answers the phone after asking for extension and reference number. "Wayne" then asks if the SSN and birthdate he has is correct and launches into a big shpeel about an alleged debt and that if I make a payment NOW, the debt would be erased. SCAMMER. Next call to them will be from my attorney.

Message says that this is Catherine and she is calling because of a pending matter that's been filed in her office.
