Received call. No message. Does anyone know what scam this is?

Received 4 calls in 2 days. Heavily Indian-accented guy said his name was Kevin Peterson and that my home was chosen to receive no-cost solar panels. Wanted to know how much I pay per month for electricity

Left no message.  However, the ID stated, "City Serv Paving."  WTF?

Called twice in the last 2 days.  No message.

Why call if you don't want to leave a message
