Got a call from this number said he was from ICS calling for a neighbor of mine.  Had a call back number to an 855 area code.  I gave her the info but we both thought it sounded like a scam/phishing expedition

I got a call from them today. Sounded pretty legit until I realied they didn't identify themselves as a debt collector. Then they told me to go check my credit report and I'd see they were right. They were WRONG! I don't owe what they said I did.
