It's yet another lowlife scammer calling about (what else) Medic Alert, or so I've read online.  Fortunately, today's seniors aren't nearly as clueless as scammers imagine us to be.  I am able to block unlimited numbers and entire area codes through Phone Tray, and as a backup, I have a Panasonic DECT phone that can block 250 numbers if necessary.  Fight on.

I don't answer callers I don't recognize. I see this is my second medic alert scam today. One from California and the other from New York. Plus one pain cream.
I know people with the Panasonic phone that blocks 250 numbers. They set it so the phone doesn't ring at all when a blocked number calls. Wow!

The other medic alert call;
(516) 435-3217 Sprint Mobile in Nassau, NY.

Called and it said Cell Phone CA on my caller ID.
Didn't answer it and they left no message.
