I got a call from this  number but they refused to speak to my machine. The caller id said "Voip Caller". This is the first sign of a scam call. A reverse trace was blocked, no surprise there. The call originated in Santa Ana, California near 1st St. and Main St. around Santa Ana Civic Center using the service provider of 01 Communications Inc.-CA which seems to be the service of choice by scammers using voip systems. Definitely block this number and report it to the FTC, FCC, BBB, State Attorney General so there is record of its usage. Nothing gets done if there isn't records accumulated by the proper authorities to build a case.
