Innovative Teleservices calls on behalf of the Childhood Leukemia Foundation. They are not a charity and here is the law about these calls according to the FTC site about the DNC.

Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000.

If you call Innovative Teleservices and tell them that you have asked to not be called and you continue to get calls, call their corporate office and ask to be removed and recite the paragraph above. We called and they guy said "I know the law. What is your phone number to be removed".

I got a hangup call from this number today at 1044am.  Caller ID said "orange, CA"

Got a call from 714-602-4321 and gave them my lines: Please get legislation introduced and passed to stop decades of the abusive application of the state secrets privilege.

Please do something about this caller calling people.  It has to be some form of harassment when they call you everyday.
