Caller ID said Out of Area. Left no message. White Pages says this is not a valid phone number, an indication that it is probably a spoofed number. Number now blocked on my phone.

Called, didn't recognize #, left no message, hung up, I blocked them.

Hung up when it went to voicemail. Unfamiliar number. Blocking doesn't work. They actually pay people to call and hang up when human doesn't answer.
