A man with a homosexual Hispanic accent spoke with broken English falsely claiming that I called him a week earlier asking for a repair quote.  He asked if anyone was at home to answer any questions.  I called back and an automated message said that the number is disconnected or no longer in service.

One of several calls today from the same or another "Home Repair" crap outfit. Schlock builder because they purposefully set their VM to "out of order' even though their number is identifiable.
