4 successive calls and voicemails claiming to be the IRS about a lawsuit against me.  The same types of calls and voicemails have been left from other numbers in other cities across the US.  I just delete them and block the caller.

I had a call yesterday (8/1/17) evening that left a recorded (robo) message from 786-765-0258 "Florida Caller" showing on the caller ID, claiming that they were The IRS and that I had a lawsuit. Today I received an identical message from THIS number. Obviously not only a scam but they are also spoofing caller ID so they cannot be blocked. I will report to The IRS as well as the state's attorney general office. I took pictures of the caller ID #s and recorded the messages. Both messages were identical.

This number called me 4 times, each time it was only a automated voice message claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. They did not say my name. Today I  got 2 calls consecutively from 201-477-1748 with the exact same message.  I  did not call either back.
