Caller ID: Orange CA. Robo call recording says that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant ... and so on.
Well known scam publicized by the IRS since 2013. Generally aimed at seniors. IRS advises that you report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, as explained on the IRS website:

When will they stop? Arghhhh...yes, I am reporting the number to FCC etc and have blocked the number.

714-551-0171.  Said that a police officer would be here to arrest me for not paying back taxes but I have never even heard about before.  They told me that I had to pay this in iTunes gift cards of all things so Its definitely a scam. who would pay  The IRS or anyone with gift cards s??!   SCAM
