Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all came back with the same name and address in Garden Grove, California which was too easy to find. This is a sign of spoofing since the caller id said "Out of Area" but the number is not private plus there are 2 service providers linked to this number of AT&T California and Pacific Bell Telephone which also indicates spoofing. This is definitely a scammer that is probably spoofing numbers and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking caller id. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
