Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer since every legitimate caller I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all came back to a Vincent Tathanhlong at 9639 Hazard Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92844 using the service providers of AT&T California and Pacific Bell Telephone. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing this number(or not) and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business or person would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking caller id with "Out of Area". DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
