Making threats is ILLEGAL!  Contact your state attorney general's office about the call.  It is also illegal got "spoof" - FAKE - a phone number which should tell you loads about the caller.

Said I owe Bill from few years back - they were very harassing-they called at my job - just want to confirm this is existing company - please any help you can give me I would greatly appreciate your help - I just want t know that I am giving money to company that exist

The guys a scammer he gets past due bill that have been close out and tries to threaten so you'll send money to his scamming crew, They move from place to place and change phone numbers File a complaint with FTC.
I've had him try this twice in the past year
