Scammer bill collector trying to sound like he is from a different company but sometimes doesnt even give his companies name and only his first name, and is very harsh on the phone.  He will contact your friends and relatives, employers both current and former, and anyone else he can think of.  He threatens litigation but has never filed a lawsuit according to court records.
