Someone who owns this number has called three times in the past week. I always screen my calls, and no message is left. Supposedly the call originates from Yorba Linda, CA. Another annoying caller that won't ID themselves, or a robo caller.

Who ever has this number calls me periodically late in the evening.  I always screen calls unless it is a name i know.  This csller id just says yorba linda ca.  I suspect robo dial because it is always three rings then disconnects.  Never lets it ring enough times to go to voicemail and leave a message.  Annoying.

A computer that is programed to recognize a few phrases claiming to be a person raising money for California Police. It will answer "no this isnt a computer" and hello but sounds the same each time you ask. Im on the DNC list. How they get my number?

Not late at night, but later than usual calls.
Caller does not identify and hung up without leaving a message.
On this one, caller ID showed "1."
Most people don't call from the same number more than once, so it's silly to create a block caller list.
These websites are only good if these intrusive [***] stop calling.

It is one of those fraternal police charities.  The Caller ID is "I".  I made the mistake of donating to one of them and they sold my number to other police charities.  I was getting several calls a week from charities as a result.  They put you on a "hot list" or a "sucker list."  When I see the tell tale "I", I let it go to VM, and they keep calling me at different times of the day, hoping they will try and catch me.

The fact that these charities can afford to make expensive, long distance calls should let people know where their donation dollars are going.  A tiny percentage of your donation will go to charity.
